Hi
Paypal is limited and I would like to pay my ebay fees.
I tried one of my credit card but ebay did not approve.

Should I change the country and name to my real info during payment?

If the addrsss on the PayPal account and the addressnon the card differ then it will fail the avs checks

That will mean you cannot use that card

I am trying to pay ebay fees.
So what if I use VCC?

Just use VCC on eBay directly to pay the fees
