I asked this before but never really got a solid answer. Is there a list somewhere on USPS that states countries that do NOT track items once they reach their country. You can ship something to a country for $3.15 but with tracking it is $13.50. So why is ebay only offering tracked shipping for countries that do not track. A waste of $10. Any feedback.
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
LZ tracking stops when it enters the country on some locations, which is first class international. In Canada, for example, you have to follow up the number on Canada Post sometimes. EZ and priority mail international will scan everywhere.
Hard lesson learned as foreigners seem to know they can get a free item if seller ships first class international. Tracking ends once it enters into the hands of the other country and could take up to a month later to actually deliver. Usps priority mail is a must.

Israel for example is a risk ..
Sometimes tracks someothers not.
Canada is a mess if you are sending from Europe (dont know if sent from US).no trackimg updates .
Germany is a Risk also . A lot of times tracking stops when parcel arrives at dhl ground facilities.
And sometimes UK when your carrier cooperates with rm .
I'm surprised, this is the second thread about "delivery issues" in the last few days and Italy is not mentioned... strange.
I must say that our postal service, still with issues and delays, has greatly improved in the last 5 years or so.
I find France more difficult than Italy. I’ve had a few issues with slow shipping in the past there but luckily my fellow Italians were friendly and didn’t chargeback me as they saw the tracking and knew their post office was slow. France on the other hand....I’ve got packages back one to two years later.
