Re-wording listings does it work?

What I mean is I have some conections with drop shipping suppliers who pass the same tile info and I'm sure others have same exact title (just different pricing). Is anyone here changed wording and worked to their advantage a lot? A little? Or not much change?

I have a excel format where I have a programmer in hand that can rearrange words (add additional keywords etc) while falling into the limited words ebay allows . Same with google shopping, and facebook ads (not much fb ads though)

i personally believe in unique ad's. I have dabbled with "word spinning". Never really got around to measuring the results however I feel the photo of the product itself is the winner to focus on
