Couple Ebay stealth accounts on family member

Hi guys,

I have an ebay seller account on my name with my real details and till now all good
I read the stealth guide and I have a simple question regards open 2 new not linked ebay seller account on my mother and my father name.

I know that I need to keep each account with :
different IP/ browser /bank account/PayPal /phone number etc..

The only identical details that can link between the accounts is the "family name" and the same "address" my parents live in the same house (they live in Europe)
My question is, Does ebay can link 2 accounts that the only identical details are a family name and home address?

So, do you mean that identical address can link 2 accounts?
What is the solution to this problem?
If I choose a random address can it be a problem? (ebay can ask to verify addresses?)
