I opened all mine online using their self-service platform. I pay the yearly fees online and have all private registrations.

Gladiator Does WY offer the free income tax? I thought I read that delaware does zero sales tax while WY does zero income tax. :ranger:

Why would you do this??? Make your multiple stealth accounts. Make 10 of them. If an account is running strong and you get 1099K notice for $20K/200 shut it down and use another. Pay your taxes. The next year start that account again and if you get the 1099K notice again then think about getting an EIN.

Otherwise you make a bunch of EIN and eBay/paypal limits them and now you have all of this EIN stuff for the IRS.

F8ck ebay/paypal. Play with them all you want but don't play this game with IRS.

Do not try to evade your ebay/paypal restriction by making an EIN. Just buy the stealth guide and follow the instructions and in a few months things will be back to normal. Make a bunch of accounts.

eBay/paypal limitations is like you have a retail store and somebody throws gasoline in the window and burns it down. Now time to start over and build it better so it doesn't happen again. Keep your head up and learn from your mistakes and you will succeed.

All of this eBay/paypal limitation stuff is horrible but it is for a reason, rules were broken but always entrepreneurial people will stretch the rules, sometimes too far.

But imagine a real retail store. This would never happen if you had a retail store. But also maybe someone comes in and ties up your wife and shoots her, steals all of your money and product and burns your shop down.

That's harsh but shoplifting, idiot customers, etc... This ebay/paypal aggravation is a part of business

The strong will survive. If you are strong you will too. These eBay/paypal suspensions are no big deal. If you are unprepared for this little inconvenience, think again young entrepreneur because things will get worse.

What the hell are you even saying. Ein is so you can pay your taxes and so that the accounts stay intack from paypal suspension. I think you're confused.

WY has no tax on LLC income.

Sales tax only applies in state.

WY is the best place to open an LLC in the country.

Corporate fillings are $100 a year in WY, no other corporate taxes. Your income will have to get passed off into your state of residence if not WY and each state handles that tax differently and how it gets passed off is actually more important i your state and federal tax rate.

I was told by a tax professional that forming an LLC in WY completely means you pay no income taxes whatsoever. Forming one in Delaware however eliminates sales tax completely.

You were told wrong.

Federal is all 50 states....Federal tax is the big tax everyone has to pay no matter where you live or file corporations in.

Make money in China, pay federal taxes in the USA. Earn income in another country and are a USA citizen, you pay federal taxes.

You collect and pay sales tax in states that you operate a physical business in. It has absolutely nothing to do with what out of state location you file your company in.

IF someone told you opening a business in WY means you pay no income tax that someone is spouting garbage.

That this is even a question in your mind means you're clueless and confused, which is okay, we're all clueless sometimes. It's what we do when we're clueless that separates the sheep from the wolves.

You absolutely MUST to go to somebody who knows what they're doing tax-wise.

That means a licensed, accredited profession, a professional you pay for, not somebody named Vinnie who's doing it out of the back of a stolen PT Cruiser.

Yes. If you are in one of the 7 states with no income tax, absolutely.

And if I request an EIN right now (without LLC) how would I be able to upgrade my PP to a business account? Is it even possible?
