How is this going to affect stealth users who have accounts in different names other than his or her own?

I doubt this will happen anytime soon.
Would be very difficult to implement.

It still has to be a law written by congress about it. Also, very high odds small sellers will be excluded. Some models show ebay and amazon collecting and distributing the funds.

It will be a while still. Literally will take an act of congress.

Need to get to the stage where it becomes Law to really be able to say anything about it

If it does happen I would assume for those old enough and around to remember in the US. The 1099k law for 200 & 20k transactions I want to say took about 3-4 years before it took effect.

I think that as long as we use a business ein and have everything under the business name, it shouldn't be tough dealing with it.

Most of us already have business accounts regardless.

But let's wait and see what happens.
