Default Neutral feedback with annoying text

I have received my first neutral feedback. I offered buyer full refund, but he refused and stopped answering.

May be I should reply the feedback or what else can I do ?

What was his reasoning for leaving neutral feedback?

If its just one, and you have hundreds of positive feedback, it wont hurt you as much.

He thinks the item is not genuine without any proof from authorized rep. Same item was verified from another client before month.
Yes, its just one and account has solid positive feedback.

Should I reply to feedback or contact EB ?

why do you care about a neutral feedback? Feedbaack as a whole is meaningless. Some people are just misserable, I have a problem buyer right now. When I reviewed there account they have left 100% negative feedback. I contacted ebay and they say they will review his account and let me know in a few days if they will remove the abusive buyers feedback.

I think that neutral = negative feedback and it is bad for account and DSR. May I am wrong.

I tryed to find what feedback he left to the other sellers but I didn't. May be I don't know how to search this.

Neutral does equal negative feedback but in the long run, no a big issue if you have tons of good positive feedback. You can reply to his feedback and perhaps send him an e-mail if it's something you think can help...

If its just one neutral, i'd leave it. Focus your time and efforts on making more sales. Don't let this bog you down.

That's right, neutral is as bad as negative. But once again, it all comes down to %, if most of your feedback is positive, a few neutral/negative wont matter.

feedback in the USA anyways has NOTHING to do with seller status, DRS ratings etc... It is 100% useless and meaningless. USA anyways.
