Contact from eBay Customer Service...
I have two eBay accounts...
eBay account A (sells unbranded authentic items as a business, very large account) and eBay account B (personal account I use for flipping items, including a lot of items I buy while travelling, duty free, factory store, on sale)
Both accounts have been suspended I am assuming due to actities of account B.
Account B does not sell very much at all, really little quantities like a few of the same item and then never sell them again (due to the way i purchase) and can provide receipts and invoices for most products/brands although some I don't have comprehensive invoices going back years. I spent some time to contact the stores and suppliers and asked them and most said we are fine to talk to ebay if they contact us and I gave them invoice details, but for some stores it seem they didnt exist any more or phonenumber has changed.
eBay wrote (referring to the items I have listed, including some which are VERO)
"Since with these items here we have to verify the supplier on, if we aren't able to verify that info, we may need to place a category block for those items just for us to be safe."
What do they mean precisely by verify?
Does that mean they will contact the suppliers regarding these? Or do they just want to see the receipts. I mainly care about Account A and dont care about account B so I just want to do the best thing for account A.
