I do not have DOB for a stealth account, i do not want to call them without this info as I feel if its wrong I will not be allowed to sell

You should always keep records of all the account information when becoming stealth, organisation is the key to long term success.

Only thing you can really do is take the risk and give them a call, you can't sell on the account currently so it can't get worst

is there any other way around setting up seller account, its because they didnt recognise my computer apparently

if i keep buying for another few weeks till they recognise the laptop? if i add cc or paypal? or would i be wasting my time

It wont change - you have that message on your account now.

What you can explain is that when you registered the account, for security you provided a wrong dob (if asked) - then you may be asked to provide ID...can you do that?
