Endicia software help!!

I can't add my printer to Endicia. When I click to print sample this is what I see.

There's nothing in drop down menu and when i type manually, it doesn't store anything.

I am using LP2844 on Mac OS X.

Please help!

I use shippingeasy and plug in all my channels to it and all my orders from all sources show up on one page, and i just run it in chrome..When I pay for postage, it always says Endicia so same company (different software? or same?). Anyways, it collects emails, can send campaigns, does inventory management, it's a great tool. As far as your issue, I'm a PC guy so sorry I can't help, but since I saw Endicia I thought I'd let you know how helpful shippingeasy has been

I had to download special drivers from stamps.com to use my LP2844 on Windows. The drivers from Zebra wouldn't work with the software - I kept running into a similar problem as you're running into with Endicia on Mac.

I don't know where to steer you but this is most likely a driver problem. The postage software probably isn't recognizing your printer.

Have you done what Endicia recommends?

Install Zebra LP2844 Printer on Mac

Is this the 1st time using Endicia?

Do you have the Endicia DAZzle software downloaded?

Is the printer loaded on the PC you're using?

If so, click the file tab on DAZzle then printer setup.

Might need to restart the spooler in terminal, or whatever mac uses.
