Abnormal Situation! Might need to get a Virtual P.O

Hi

Recently a supposed law firm " Clement & Co" contacted me w/ a cease and desist about selling certain items. Some say to ignore but i'd prefer to play it safe because now they have my real address. Furthermore from what i've read it could be a competitor out to scare me. I figured this happened due to my name and registered business name being on my "ship from" account on shipstation. All of my accounts use this "ship from" address. I believe in order for me to continue selling my items without any trouble from this buyer I need to change my address/P.O completely. Maybe even get one out of state. Any thoughts on a virtual p.o box or other possible recommendations to handle the situation?

Clement & Ho is not a competitor, it's a real law-firm that represents many brands, mainly in infrigement and counterfeiting lawsuits. One of their clients is Otterbox, IIRC.

I'd probably get rid of the product and never sell it again; if it's legit, I'd show them some invoices from OEM suppliers.
