I added VBA + VCC confirmed both, but when I link eBay to PP it says "You're almost finished linking your PayPal account." and when I go on selling overview theres no selling limit, and I can't sell anything..

Depends, in this case it sounds like 0/0 selling limits since he can't list anything and it's not showing anything. Might have to call in.
