New business ebay and paypal account

If I just start another business (legitimately) llc or corp through irs.gov can I just create new eBay and PayPal account legitimately?
Maybe buy new pc and mifi or use IPBurger so Ip isn't linked but if business is legit do I really need to make a stealth account? It shouldn't be linked to my other eBay and PayPal accounts right?
Thoughts on doing this?

Or start new eBay account using VPN and different address. Add PayPal account use until they want to verify. Unlink it to eBay. Give actual SS # to verify take money close account.

It's better to start as a personal PP account and later upgrade to business for various reasons. Biggest two reasons are:
1) New business accounts have to deal with "release amounts" instead of standard payment holds, where you're given instant access to the first $XXX each month and the rest of your payments are held for a full 21 days regardless of whether or not you upload tracking

and 2) You'd be putting your new EIN into a brand new account when you don't know if it's going to be successful or not. The PP account could be hit with impossible invoice requests or something similar early in it's life, and you would have burned a good EIN by attaching it to your PP too early.

I'm in a rush but I'll try to share more thoughts later..

So start a PayPal and eBay with my name (maybe just mis spell a digit or 2) because I believe PayPal allows fix of that if ask for verification.

What happens if the ask for social quickly?

I should have EIN established in case?

You don't have to use your name if end goal is to have a business account. And you don't want anything to link you so avoid using your name.

If they ask for Social then just drop the account.

Want to have an established PayPal before you upgrade it to business.

If I use it and they want social and there is cash in it I can't just drop it without losing money. Please explain your thoughts

If you want to make one that's business , create a regular personal paypal, build it up and then once it's stable upgrade to business.

I guess his eBay account got limited so he needs to have new

If it is a US account and they ask for SSN, then yea drop the account or try to get around leaving your ssn.
If there is money in it you will get it in 180 days. It is not required for you to leave your ssn. Legally, it is illegal for them to make you but alas they do. Sometimes spitting out legal jargon works. They also may allow you to upgrade and leave your ein rather than the ssn. This being said... they may also ask for the owners information... usually when you do a lot of sales but sometimes 150 sales. And they may still suspend the account. But with everything posted you have your options... suggested is to drop the account if right off the cuff they ask for ssn.

Basically I'm up and running now. But was suspended so I'm not selling high risk items. I want to have an account not linked I can sell these high risk items

I did it a month ago.
My personal eBay account got limited but my personal PayPal account is fine. I setup legitimate eBay/PayPal account using LLC/EIN/office address/new phone( for tethering )/ new Goggle voice number/ new PC user/.

There is no difficulty to setup PayPal Business Account because one can have 2 PayPal account --- one business and one personal. I attached the same bank account and Credit card which I attached for my personal PP account without any issue.

For eBay account. There are some issues :

1. I remember even put the company information in, there is a section which you need to put personal information in ( such as address, phone and SSN etc. )and state as owner or representative. I put all the information the same as company information such as address, phone number ( I selected the GV number with area code the same as the office address city area code ) and just omitted SSN. Without SSN, you are going to stuck and can't process further. There was a glitch or it designs as the way it is. I still setup eBay account successfully --- I have $10,000 selling limit.

2. A couple of days after I listed some items. I found a unfamiliar missed call. I checked the number online-- it was from eBay. I got limited on the same day. Although I got it back later. That is another story. You need to follow other member's suggestion -- sell low price, low risk items in the beginning. I listed one to five hundred dollar items in the beginning and got limited.

I forgot to mention -- I did minor modification of first and middle name when I
setup eBay account to avoid linking to my old eBay account.
