eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Oh don't worry about me, eBay!

Would if I could! This order was from back in early July! This would make A LOT more sense if the buyer had purchased something expensive, instead they bought something cheap. Why even bother buying something with someone's account for such a small amount. Total scam. Too insignificant to matter but still, REALLY ebay? **** you, then!

how are they able to do this? do they call ebay and say that someone bought without their permission? this happends to me when i sale digital keys all the time

A lot of the time if this is a low value item eBay wont need you to refund the buyer. They will cover it themselves.

Happened to me a few times. I think it could be bought email logins that had ebay attached to it. They probably just wanted to build up some feedback before they sell that phoney iPhone for $$$.

Owner eventually wakes up after not using eBay for 4 months. and phones eBay to investigate.

the fact that they don't even refund the final value fee is wrong.......bring something up wit the consumer protection bureau write a complaint.......

ebay is definitely snubbing you.......

I have had this now happen a few times after item was already delivered...

Just another reason when I screw ebay I dont feel guilty.

The message says that but they do actually refund them. I get this message all the time (I sell high dollar items so lots of fraud) and have called to make sure I get FVF credited but it actually shows up on its own without calling.

Also, this message is irrelevant if you followed PP protection policy. Again, I get this 2-3 times a month and it never comes out of my pocket.

Canceled would mean refunded but if ebay fronts it I'm a-okay with that. Explains the un-credited FVF. World's dumbest criminal right here.
