 Having issues buying something on Ebay?
Basically, I'm banned on paypal (not ebay), i keep trying to buy something for 500 dollars on ebay, and they keep declining my payment. What's odd is that I bought the same item before successfully while i was still banned from paypal, but they keep declining my cards now. I've tried using a new paypal account, guest checkout, and ebay alone to make the purchase with no luck. i've also tried multiple ebay accs. i've been on ebay for years with good feedback. Is paypal blocking my payment through ebays system because im banned from paypal? (They have my address and all that stuff on file including my ip. Oh forgot to mention, it seems that ebay is accepting my payment when its a cheap item, tested buying an item for like 3 dollars and it worked. Also, when i add a card to a new paypal, it says "u added the card but u cant use it to purchase the item" or something like that. Maybe im high risk now all of a sudden? Because, like i said i literally bought the same item for 500 dollars a couple months ago.
This is so damn stressful, would really appreciate some help here.....
