Yeah, pretty much.

If you shipped with Priority Mail you may be able to file an insurance claim. I'm not sure if insurance would cover something being taken by customs. Was it US or Canada customs?

You shipped from USA to Canada or other place to Canada?

If it's in Canada customs, only 3 outcomes really 1) it gets to customer after inspection 2) it gets returned to you for whatever reason usually muddled custom declaration or postage issue or 3) it gets seized/destroyed for suspicious reasons.

Insurance will cover if there is damage or loss but if it gets seized/destroyed, I think you'll in for trouble.

Hopefully it is just a temporary delay for inspection

Then why are you worried? It was just scanned yesterday.

phaz is 100% correct - yesterday....that's hardly a "delay" - quite normal

I would give it a few days

Is what you sold above board?

Its from china?
Thought it was usa... would think that someone in china declared it something else than what it actually was.

I know customs in canada can be kinda strict. Especially with electronics due to their recycling policy and battery laws.

Probably why it was sent back.

LOL, I thought that you had it stuck there for 2 weeks.

I know normal mail can take 3 weeks to get to Canada from USA, but this is barely yesterday and in clearance queue.

You should be fine.

PS: You have signature confirmation on it, don't you?

Agreed with CJ. Their shipments are always declared wrong. Wrong item, way underdeclared, and usually sent as a gift. USA is okay with it but Canada isn't. :/
