The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
If you shipped with Priority Mail you may be able to file an insurance claim. I'm not sure if insurance would cover something being taken by customs. Was it US or Canada customs?

You shipped from USA to Canada or other place to Canada?
If it's in Canada customs, only 3 outcomes really 1) it gets to customer after inspection 2) it gets returned to you for whatever reason usually muddled custom declaration or postage issue or 3) it gets seized/destroyed for suspicious reasons.
Insurance will cover if there is damage or loss but if it gets seized/destroyed, I think you'll in for trouble.
Hopefully it is just a temporary delay for inspection

Agreed with CJ. Their shipments are always declared wrong. Wrong item, way underdeclared, and usually sent as a gift. USA is okay with it but Canada isn't. :/
