Im going to keep all small and short in a nutshell.

Living in sweden, and i see that i could only purchase stealth accounts from US/UK.
1. New user on PC.
2. New Dedicated IP adress.
3. Stealth account.
4. start selling?

If i purchase an account with 500/25,000.
How will i be able to verify when paypal asks for proof?
And how could i even withdraw the money.

The most important thing before buying an account is to figure out how you are going to cash-out your money:

- For US accounts: you need a US bank account.
- For UK accounts: you need a UK or a US bank account.
- For European accounts: you need a European Bank account (it doesn't need to be necessarily from the same country of the account), also some european countries allow withdrawals to credit cards.

You might also think about mobile phone number, so preferably a countries where you can easly get a working phone number.

So lets say, i sold for 2500 euros.
Paypal will ask me for ID etc.

How much does it usually cost?
I mean if i purchase a stealth account.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!! for this info honestly.
So its no idea for me to purchase a US/UK account. Becouse i live in sweden and im not able to withdraw the cash.
If i get a ebay stealth account from sweden, i could have more resocres i belive, what do you think?
