Probably some kind of invisible restriction placed on your account that you won't be able to get around. Some say invisible limits don't exist, but they do and eBay has confirmed it plenty of times.

You can test this theory by seeing how your listings do on a different account for a while.

Give eBay a larger percentage of your profits (via promoted listings) and you'll see your impressions go up.

maybe youre account is blacklisted ? they dont like electronics and drop shippers from what i know

I'll try to relist all my list, here is my plan:
1. Save all list to draft.
2. Delete policies.
3. Wait for 2-3days.
4. Change all list location UK, UK.
5. Create new policies.
6. Start relist the item's,20-30 a day.
