Done with eBay... I Give!
Well guys, I think I've had it with eBay and PayPal. Its getting to the point where selling here is no longer fun, way too complicated and just down right miserable. I can't even send and receive payments on PayPal anymore without giving all my personal information. It's just ridiculous the amount of verication needed to spend my own funds from items I've sold.
I'm done!
Going to focus on Amazon moving forward! Excited for some change! |

If you want to sell online you need to provide information and documents, there is no way around.
Amazon is even harder than eBay when it comes to verification.
Many people are successfully maintaining many good standing accounts, you just need to figure out what are you doing wrong and make it right.

Wow I remember you Aking from literally years ago. Times have changed a lot. I remember when I used to complain about slow sales many years ago in this very group, people would come up with all kind of excuses. You are selling the wrong products, you aren’t trying hard enough bla bla bla but I knew better even back then, it wasn’t because I was selling the wrong products or because i wasn’t trying hard but because eBay was getting saturated and because eBay has implemented new algorithm where it could easily throttle your sales. |

Bu the way you are a little bit late to the party. Amazon is a lot more competitive than it was just a few years ago. Believe me, if you can’t make it on eBay it will be 10 times harder to make it on Amazon. First of all it is a lot stricter but it also requires a lot more investment these days to start your own private label brand on Amazon. eBay is like high school if not junior school and Amazon is like attending a university. |

I have been warning seller since probably 2014 when I finally realized what was REALLY happening to eCommerce world. At first I thought that saturation was localized around eBay specifically but it is not. Entire eCommerce eco system has been saturated simply because doing eCommerce was accessible to everyone. Today making money online is easy because you have all of the tools and information freely available to anyone. Problem is it created so much completion that no matter what kind of avenue you are going to try it will be saturated. |

Sounds like your excuse for getting out is the Paypal TOS update which requires you to verify your info before you can spend your balance.
Seriously though? You've been doing stealth for 10 years and you don't have any aged accounts that haven't been impacted by the TOS update? I've only been doing this for about 5 years and have 20+ accounts that still operate like old accounts, where PP lets me use my balance without confirming info.
Have you been "turning and burning" every account you've used for the past decade? I don't understand how such an experienced stealther has only new sh!tty Paypal accounts available to use.
Good luck anyway. As I rudely told you a few weeks ago, you really don't stand a chance on Amazon if you can't handle eBay. :( |
