I sold one 450$ item and got this email from pp.
You received a payment from Ann B. We’ve placed the payment for this transaction on hold because you're selling an item that may potentially cause dissatisfaction with customers. Providing no issues arise between you and the buyer, the funds will be released in the morning on .....
The funds were released next day after the delivery.
So what do you think am i safe if i list 700$ item next time?
Can I ask how they know the item was delivered, customer left feedback?

eBay is one thing, but your PP can get limited too..
I would suggest keeping it slow, I had limitations happen to my aged paypal account after receiving a few high ticket sales. Something something the type of products you sell changed we need your docs now.. type limitation.
It all has to do with account HISTORY (or lack of it).
If the account has a prior history taking in similar amounts, it's safe to assume you will have no trouble.
PayPal is usually spooked by changes in your transaction amounts. If you are normally selling $10-$50 items then suddenly start taking in a few $1000 high ticket items, you can expect a limitation asking for docs.
It's usually automatic. BUt
already gotten a payment hold warning even though it was released the next day, I don't think it's wise to up the $$ of the next item.
This is already a flag and I'd be more careful next time.
