So long story short stay below the 20k sales mark on all stealth accounts and report the amounts when you do your taxes. ???

Correct sir, Ebay and paypal never sent me a tax form. I spreaded my sales around 40 accounts under 20k mark on each account.

Do i pay tax on the money that goes into paypal or the money that goes into the bank account?

Lets say I use my friends Paypal and Ebay account, and I withdraw on my name through my bank account, can I pay the taxes on my name or does my friends have to pay it.

Because he doesn't want to pay tax as his job doesn't allow him to have another income stream
