Have multiple accounts going, and work through them. If you're a good seller then category restrictions will go away after the first few months.

What's this about 180 days / 6 months?

Does the PP suspension lift after that time?

If that's the case, I've been sitting on thousands of dollars from an account 3 or 4 years ago.

The suspension will not lift but they will allow you to withdraw the balance.
