Recently I had to add bank account but my phone number was already expired. When you add a new bank account it will ask for phone verification. So when I added a new phone number it placed some sort of security code on my account and I was not able to add any bank account as it would always give me some sort of error message. Eventually after a lot of calls one of the reps was able to remove this security code and I was able to successfully add my bank account.
I thought this was the end of it but a few weeks after they wanted me to verify my identity. They asked me for credit card / bank statement , utility bill, home / life / auto insurer statement that has DBA. I passed with flying colors.
Then the same exact identity verification happened with my other PayPal account a week later so I had to submit everything again and also passed with flying colors. However I received MC011, eBay has been asking me for photo id and invoice: receipts which I have provided but so far restriction has not been removed. |
