Is it safe to use the same VPN on the same account but on two different pcs at different times?

Should be fine.

You'll be using the same IP, but cookies will be on 2 different PCs.

Any reason why you're doing this? perhaps we can give you a better solution.

The reason for this is because i would like to also use ebay at home, as well as my warehouse, im kinda getting sick of taking my latop home everynight haha.

Ah ok, should be fine. I don't foresee any issues. Many people use their stealth accounts on multiple devices (safely of course), for similar reasons.
