Email address cannot be used for PayPal payments at this time

So I am getting this message on my ebay account and cannot list any new items. I have a stealth account and logged into pay pal and they are asking for my SS#. Obviously I dont want to give SS# and it doesn't give me the option to do this later. It doesn't give me any other options besides SS#. I have the pp account tied with a business account. I am stuck what to do, I cannot give SS# because it is a stealth account under somebody's else name and if I give me EIN it wont line up with the person's name either.

Help I dont know what to do. It is just a matter of time when I wont be able to take payments from customers. I haven't crossed the $20k threshold either.

I saw some old post on here back in 2014 with same problem but I dont want to take their advice since it is old. I want up to date new advice.

Open a fresh new ebay and paypal account.

worked hard on this account to be power seller isn't there another way to tackle this problem vs opening another account??

Update....now customers cannot pay for items I have listed. Got a message this morning from customer wanted to by an item and sent me the message they cannot pay because of the email address.

Update...I tried to enter my SS# and it says that doesnt line up with IRS records. I then put my EIN and it gave me a red triangle and wouldnt let me press next. What can I do.....I really need help fast I have customers that have bought things and cannot pay for them on ebay!
