We all make mistakes. There are many people selling phake items, and it's not going away any time soon.
Just be aware that in order to build a viable case against someone for selling foo-foos is pretty complicated, time consuming, and costly. Most of the time it's just cheaper to send threatening letters out to the seller hoping he will stop.
Just be aware eBay and PayPal NEVER forget your information. Changing it does nothing. All your old details are still in their system, pretty much forever. You can never use the same information twice, doing so is likely to result in a link.
While you're at it, you should really consider getting yourself the stealth guide. In it there is a lot of info about how to stay under eBay's radar and successfully start and operate new account not tied to your personal identity. With more accounts, you can spread out your sales and make more money. Find and research products and sell them. Real, great products that sell. This forum exists for this sole purpose and you can always call on any of us to help you. There is quite a few heavy hitters on this board, and they will lend you a hand.
