Re: return keeps getting approved without the return requested message
It's easy to overlook the RETURN address especially if there are a lot stealth accounts in play.
Don't forget about PayPal too.
A few months ago, I had an eBay buyer open a PayPal case (not through eBay) and PayPal told the buyer to ship the item back to the (stealth) address on PayPal which was invalid. Even despite calling into PayPal AND sending the customer the CORRECT address, the item was still sent to the wrong address which was on PayPal. I ended up losing the item because it was returned to the sender as undeliverable and by that time the buyer already got their money back and PayPal didn't care.
I realise this was my fault, but don't always assume your buyer is going to follow the eBay return process. They might go through PayPal and use that address to ship your item back.
