ex-partner threatening to get me suspended from Ebay!

I had a partnership with a family member but since our relationship has soured, she is threatening to bid on auctions with a few linked accounts just to take me down since hers is not really much of a seller account. Is this a possibility? Should I call Ebay support and let them know in advance so they know it's not with my consent? Or would EBay shut me down just to avoid any trouble from any of the accounts if I gave them notice? Anyone ever hear of this?

Thanks, I just did that! Wasn't thinking straight since I'm so upset over this. Hopefully shee doesn't change her user id to get around it (don't know if that works). I forgot to mention another thing she'd threatened was to get her account suspended so mine would get knocked off too.

no changing id makes no difference, if she is blocked.
she may make new ids, but they should be easy to spot

her account getting suspended, might not affect yours - but it is a risk

I would not contact ebay about it, their intervention, if any, might not be necessarily good

threaten her back, she is not the only person that can make threats, pick something most important to her too........

I can tell you that if she knows any of your personal information and creates accounts with those same details, they may be linked.

I was able to bring down a "troublemaker" once doing something similar to this. Of course, I would use the BBL list and possibly contact eBay ahead of time if you notice any fully business.

ebay think that "customer is always right", so calling to EB will not help you. Just use some other accs, that your ex dont know.
