Newbie eBay Stealth Question

I am new to using eBay Stealth and at risk of sounding like an idiot, I figure there's no harm in just asking.

From what I have read on stealth accounts, it is advised/ recommended to not do more that $1,500/ per month through a single stealth account. If this is the case, then what are the benefits of having a high limit eBay Stealth account?

The $1500 limit is more for paypal
Sellers still need 1000 item ebay accts because many are selling items that cost only a few dollars. So eventualy these big limits are needed because its the only way they can squeeze a decent profit out of the acct.

PayPal only makes money with volume, so the $1500 isn't really a hard limit- it's more of a recommendation, and when then the actual amount that is "safe" can be more or less. It really depends on a whole bunch of factors, a few of the most important would be:

1) Account age and prior history on the account.
2) The items that are being sold.
3) Source of funds.
4) Any prior cases/disputes/chargebacks.

The best advise is of course to start slow and don't take in too much money in too short a period of time.
