Paypal and Ebay Verification

My problem is do I have to go to the bank and open a new account also what happens when ebay and paypal ask for photo id and proof of address ?

You need a fresh a bank account that’s never been used with PayPal before so yes you need to open a new bank account you can also do this online dependent on the country your in, you will get asked for ID eventually and proof of address I suggest you get creative if you can or contact one of the mods on the forum for help.

You can open additional bank accounts in your online banking for most banks.

You can also apply online for all banks.
