Have you ever had a Vero takedown against a listing that was already ended? I am talking about a Vero hit on a listing that has been ended for 30+ days.
This hasn't happend with me, but I was just wondering if that is possible.
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
@OP I've never had one removed after the listing ended but I've heard of it happening from members here several times. We rarely end a listing but I've had a few go down while we were sold out and the quantity was set to "0", so the listing wasn't visible. In those cases it's because the VeRO rep reported while the listing was active and it took eBay a few days to respond.

Vero take down after listing ended whether it's sold or not? Oh yes, this has long been a practice on eBay.
It's even worse if the listing sold, they'll email the buyer and ENCOURAGE them to file a dispute. In that email they REALLY make you look like the bad guy and selling bad stuff.
This was really rampant 5 years ago. Imagine you had a fixed price listing and sold 50 items and all of a sudden those buyers filed a charge back and you don't even get the item back.
And yes, happened to me a couple of times then I figured out it was a misunderstanding on eBay side. Did they fix the issue? Nope.
It’s happened to me a few times over the years. eBay always kept the fees from those sales wnile simultaneously wiping their hands clean of the transaction. Lol
