ebay customer service call is not available for a long time

As a stealth seller, I like to call them and sort out problems, it never had any issues before. But recently ebay customer service call is not available anymore, since last week it's on upgrading, not sure when they will be back. Anyone else has the same issue?

can only assume this is US based issue as just of the phone to ebay customer service (1.44am uk) and was call from US.

Yes, it's at US side, UK side is fine, made couple of calls yesterday as well to UK.

Sign out from your eBay and then go on help and click on Customer support.

It will ask you to sign in so, select an option to click continue without logging in.

Once you clicked, you will able to Call us, Chat us option
