So i listed and sold my first item on my first ebay account. It is a new year, new month and I want to list my second item. I know I should take it slow, but my question is if I can list 2 items this time? In case it matters, I have a 10/1000 account.

You can just don't listen to people here, they tend to overestimate things too much...
