What kind of account do I need for large purchases

I am trying to purchase large amounts of items from eBay for resale. The amount of purchases on my current eBay and paypal account is being limited to several thousand per month. I am looking to for a way around this. Will upgrading to paypal and ebay business accounts work? If that isn't enough, am I better off buying an account from aspkin? What kind of account/account limits would I need in order to purchase large amounts of items?
