1. Quota of returns (item not as described).
2. Quota of item not received.
There are 4 measurements for this (low - normal - high - very high). My quotas were labeled as very high. The e-mail stated that the consequences of this are extra selling fees for items listed in the categories, where this quotas are relevant. The e-mail also stated that these extra selling fees will only be applied to items listed directly on eBay.com - eBay.ca - eBay.co.uk (I sell exclusively on eBay.de btw).
So according to eBay, the only consequence is higher selling costs when I list on their international websites.
Do you think those two quotas will result in account suspension? I don't know why, but I feel eBay has some hidden intent behind creating this new measurement :bump:
What do you think? Is the end goal to grasp some extra cash from sellers? Or will that be used to boot people off the platform? |
