Around how much does a LLC Cost to open? And how long is the process?

It largely depends on the state where you file.

In Nevada an LLC is not that expensive. I personally prefer NV incorporation for a variety of reasons.
The annual manager list filing fee is $150 and provides the Nevada Secretary of State with an up-to-date list of the LLC's managers. The annual business license fee is $200 and must be filed so an LLC can maintain its good standing with the Nevada SoS. The total cost is $350.

If you have a Resident Agent (RA) or lawyer take care of the process for you, it will add to your fees. You can do this yourself online.

I'm confused on registering an LLC
Can you file as a single member LLC, and if you are from another state
for example if i'm from California and want to register in Nevada is that possible. The only way I heard so far is get an agent in Nevada and pay them fees to register an address there. Also how long does it take to finish the process and get an EIN number

Yes, you can have a Single Member LLC and file from outside the state (e.g. Nevada). Just be aware that it doesn't offer quite the same legal protections. With single member LLCs, there is some uncertainty as to whether creditors would be limited to a charging order since the rationale for protecting members from other members’ personal debts does not apply if there is only one member. In other words, from an asset protection standpoint, the courts might deem an SMLLC as a "sole proprietorship".

Nevada LLCs are not required to maintain an office, bank account, or business address in the state of Nevada. The sole address a Nevada LLC is required to maintain within the state is that of a registered agent. The purpose of this requirement is so that lawsuits can be served to an address within Nevada in the event a legal action needs to be taken against the company. The state will also forward any Nevada correspondence to the registered agent to forward to the company.

Nevada has a fairly streamlined process for the corporate formation, and it usually can be done within a week, or even just a few days.

BTW, in CA there that stupid $800 annual minimum franchise tax per LLC (plus filing fees) applies. That's why California is not a preferred choice for incorporation in that regard.

So are you going to need an LLC and business bank account per stealth account on Adyen? That will kill stealth for most people right there.

What's wrong with having an LLC? The business account may or may not be necessary. We know PayPal can't see the name on the account and Ayden might not be able to either, I just wasn't willing to risk it with this account.

I imagine this will make it a problem for people selling accounts though. You can transfer ownership of an LLC but not an EIN. Since I prefer to buy my accounts hopefully someone will find a way around that.
