If a PayPal is set up with an EIN and turned into a business PP, will it be sent a tax form even if I stay under $20k a year?

Also would a PP set up with my SSN be sent a tax form even if I stayed under 20k a year?

Its 200 transactions AND 20k. And no, they won't send you anything if you are below even if they have your SSN.

No 1099 will be produced if you stay under the $20,000 mark, the 200 sales is their backstop to force tax information even if you sell under $20,000 a year.

So if you sold 300 items for $19,000 you will not get a 1099K as it is not required for that amount.

I got 15 to 20 accounts and keep them under 20k year. Never had a tax form sent to me in 10 years,
