I sell only authenticate, even 100% authentic vero will take down any other moncler i put in listing. The email from ebay is about counterfeiting, the system ebay with vero is contradiction is like a joke

I had 7 days account suspension because of Canada Goose, it was 100% authentic, than I put again and suspend me for 30 days. For MONCLER they put any listing down. The email received from Ebay is about trademark violation. I think the system in ebay concerning Vero is not accurate, is like gumbling. nothing is clear.

Also please one question: can I put top brands from £1 as auction or it is risky for trademark violation? I will start start to put slowly the vero items after 5 sales.

Tiffany took Ebay to court years ago for false advertising as it allows counterfeits for sale on Ebay,Tiffany lost as the court said it is the job of the m anufacturer to make sure no counterfeits are sold anywhere.
so tiffany and the other brand names come to Ebay and take down counterfeits either by their own rep or veros,Ebay also limit the number of Tiffany small items a seller,esp Far East sellers can list on Ebay.
Since Tiffany does not sell thru stores,so where do individual ebay sellers have endless listings of Tiffany bracelets ?
Ebay does not need another lawsuit,it drags on for years and both sides spent millions of dollars?
TODAY,it allows most brand names to search and remove listings of Tiffany,Louis V,Coach,Rolex,Channel,Leica,Nike,Adidas.
Rolex is worse,its lawyer will even send you a letter and ask you to pay a fine?

VERO is a big Skam if you contact the brand itself they will say they have nothing to do with ebay as ebay is not authorised reseller
