Keep in mind that the reps you speak to in the Philippines are NOT PayPal employees. They work for a third party contractor such as Teleperformance, Accenture, Convergys, etc. This means they have a set procedure for nearly everything they do, and it's a lot more strict than what would be typically encountered in the USA. |
