Can you re-use an Android phone for eBay stealth without account link changing UDID?

Is it possible to use an Android phone that was previously used by someone who is blacklisted from selling on eBay? I guess you'd need to change the UDID and of course the IP? Anything else?

If you plan on using the eBay App, it's near impossible to prevent linkages given all the unique details the app collects. Not worth the trouble unless all you plan on using is one account per device anyway.

If using a phone, one account per lifetime of the device is the general rule.

I don't do it for the other reason, you may forget your phone is connected to wifi, when you use another account on your PC. Then those can link as well.

Can't you just use a fresh VPN + kill switch?
