If i purchased a stealth account all verified with 1000 listings with 11 feedback, could i list branded items on it right away?

You can do whatever you like... It's your choice, though it doesn't sound a good idea to me.

It also depends what's been sold previously and what exactly you will be selling.

Branded items are not always high risk. It depdns on the brand and the item.

I think i just need to take my time with this and take things slowly.

If i start slowly eventually i can go full speed ahead i suppose
