I've used my hotspot for all my accts for 5+ years now with 0 issues. Just remember to put ur phone in airplane mode before switching accts.

Don’t you get a new IP every time ? This is okay?

Do you verify paypal with your bank account before listing ?

its the same. You need to add CC to paypal and link to ebay before listing. But you can wait to add bank acct. You just won't be able to access the money until you add bank (with new usa paypal updates)

Yup not an issue at all

I don't add a bank account until after I've sold a few items incase there's any issues. You can add just a VCC to paypal & link to your ebay account. Browse ebay and "watch" a few items for about 2 days. Maybe bid on something you know you wont win. Then day 3 List ONE item 7 day auction. Low risk item (like pack of photo paper for example). Ship as soon as you receive payment and wait a few days and list another item or 2. Don't list anything that might sell for a lot of money or anything that could be conceived as risky. Take your own photos and make sure to avoid any issues with your first few sales.

I know eBay ask me for a bank account or a credit o debt card this is where I put my VCC into eBay and then link my paypal is that right ?

Where do you get the products that you plan to sell (be specific with names of your distributors and suppliers)?
Any one can give me the best answer for this question? I want to answer from aliexpress and amazon, what do you think this answer..

1. New Virtual PC
(if you mean new user on your PC then good)
2. New IP from IP Burger
(I'm not familiar with his IP burger service)
3. New Phone number from Tracphone with area code my IP is from
(good)
4. New Address that in the same city my phone number is in and 10 miles from IP address
(just use any address)
5. New Gmail
(good)
6. New Paypal (didnt link bank account or CC just in case account didnt work out)
(maybe next time create paypal account with cc already but in my experience this shouldn't be a problem)
7. VCC from seller on here to use with ebay
(why not use this vcc to link paypal?)
8. Registered a Bussiness account on Ebay
(BINGO - next time do personal. Not sure this is the problem but I make 100's of accounts, every step sounds like you did OK (I don't know IPburger) )

Dont tell them you drop dropship, they prohibit this. Tell them you have the stock in inventory etc otherwise they will fail you on the call.

I have no idea why you would get suspended but I suspect anything with the word “bitcoin” triggers a manual review on new account. Just a wild guess here.

they want to see vendor invoice to show you have the items in stock,you can buy from anyone,they dont want you to just list a stock photo and ask Alibaba or AMZN to ship for you.
vendor invoice and proof you have paid is what they are looking for.
