Suspended Again!
 

1st account got suspended a week ago, re-created the account and got suspended again not sure what I am doing wrong? Could it be the IP address from IP Burger?

Here is what I did.
1. New Virtual PC
2. New IP from IP Burger
3. New Phone number from Tracphone with area code my IP is from
4. New Address that in the same city my phone number is in and 10 miles from IP address
5. New Gmail
6. New Paypal (didnt link bank account or CC just in case account didnt work out)
7. VCC from seller on here to use with ebay
8. Registered a Bussiness account on Ebay

Ebay listing got 100 items/$7500 per month
Listed 3 items:
Patches 4.99
Egg Cups 4.99
Bitcoin Coin 2.99

this morning account suspended

what am I doing wrong?

selling bitcoin coin does not warrant permanent suspension,Ebay found out he is ghost of xmas past.
so you have virtual PC,how did you get online?

where did you get the pictures of eggcups,patches?
same camera new pictures or old pictures from your suspended account?

I open VM Ware - launch my VPN from IPburger, it tells me im connected...Ipburger.com pulls up on Google and tells me my current IP. I make sure that it is the one I purchased and thats it

I can't see any errors in your setup. eBay does ban new accounts often, it has happened to me. Calling in should fix it or give you more info...

I would call in and find out what is up.

For a first item being listing - it would not surprise me if that was the reason. Everything else seems to be exactly how it’s meant to be, the bitcoin is the only thing that really jumps out of his potentially causing a problem

That’s not to say that it definitely is the reason but a possible reason

eBay wants you to call in. I got this message before and when I called, the rep told me this message means eBay wants to talk to the account's holder and double-check registration info with them.

I called them, the rep said where did you get the products you sell I told her then she said okay thank you but your account is suspended and you cant appeal this it was already reviewed by the back end team

so what should I list for my 1st item? Something from the dollar store?

and how do I clean images to make sure they are not the problem?

That would be fine. Something non-electric that can't be broken in transit is preferable.

Batch Purifier, I think, is the name of a good picture cleaner.

his problem is not bitcoin or pictures,it is his stealth account,like Ebay rep told him,the backend review team has decided ,somehow they have linked this account to your past account

maybe open another stealth account,find something not bitcoin,no patches or eggcups,take your own pictures.
but if she is still suspended,then it cant be what she lists.

No one mentioning the IP being a possibility, color me shocked.

test your IP, and see your score, if that site sees it as a red flag, so does ebay, paypal, amazon, etc.

Its a fresh IP from IP Burger...both of my IPS from them get this score. Amazon was able to get up and running without any issues with it.

So can IPBurger IPS not be as good as advertised?

From personal experience amazon puts less stock on IP address compared to ebay/paypal. So it could have been a combination of reasons, using stock photos and not your own is a big one for new accounts, listing too fast, bitcoin listing etc. Add them all up, and there ya go.

IPBurger IP is in the United States but google sees it as in Brazil could this been an issue with IPburger

It could be a combo of things. Are you located in the states yourself?

yeah im in the States.

when i go to IP burger it says IP is in Ohio

but then I go to google and type "whats my location" it says Brazil

You need to add the card to Paypal and link your Paypal to eBay. eBay just verified with card flags their systems.

These suspensions on new accounts have been going on for a while after first listing or during first week.

It can go 1 of 3 ways really with MC113

Phone in - Get it removed
Phone in - Asked to upload ID and get it removed
Phone in - They wont remove it

If the third thing happens you can usually wait a few weeks and then try again and have luck (but not always)

Not sure why that answer inst just given, seems to be the consensus already.

Tip; you get best success rate with restoral speaking to non western reps. ( good 8/10 even with risky items. )

Yeah if its been reviewed by the back end team and there saying no appeal then its ripped.

Start again, setup everything correctly, you dont need to add the bank to the PayPal but do at least add the Card and use the PayPal for automatic payment and link it in the account settings.

List some low risk items, avoid the bitcoin coin just incase.

If it gets suspended, call up and give sensible answers. You get best success rate with non western reps, i think they have teams in Philippines, listen for the accent.

Did you call eBay about your first account that got suspended ? I would do that.

I would say the eBay verified with card definitely flagged the second account, then sometimes those calls dont go your way.

This is just all variance and you have had a little bit of bad start but i dont see anything wrong with your setup.

Sucks every time I redo it $10 for a IP change $8 for a VCC

I do link my paypal to my eBay and link the VCC to the eBay account so now also register the VCC on PayPal as well?

Quit posting your opinion as facts. Listing bitcoin & using stock photos from Amazon are both huge mistakes for a new account. With the info given by the OP it's very unlikely the account was linked to a past account.

If your in the USA why use a VPN? Does your phone not have hotspot? If you run multiple accounts it will save you tons of money each month. Never been a fan of VPN's unless you need to appear in another country.

Yeah best to have the Paypal verified, as eBay can see the status of the Paypal i think. Unverified Paypal will not look good. You dont need to link vcc to eBay,once vcc is confirmed on PayPal you should be able to use it as an automatic payment method.

Also try not copying and pasting all the info, note it down on a notepad and type most things in, try and make it look organic when you go on ebay/paypal and sign up.

You really should be able to get some succesful accounts going, that dont get hit with the mc113 or either you pass the phone call.

We really need a bigger sample to see if you just have been unlucky or there is something else wrong.
