MC113 - Suspended Account

Hi everyone,

I am fairly new to eBay Stealth but after purchasing new account with zero feedback and following the guidelines I noticed Ebay decided to suspend my account MC113.

I decided to contact ebay directly and complained as to why I was permanently suspended, they informed me it was standard procedure as they want you to call them to confirm your identity. I am not sure if you all knew this already or if this was new information.

The suspension was lifted after I made the call.

It can go 1 of 3 ways really with MC113

Phone in - Get it removed
Phone in - Asked to upload ID and get it removed
Phone in - They wont remove it

If the third thing happens you can usually wait a few weeks and then try again and have luck (but not always)

That's funny. I got MC113 and called in and the robot voice told me after I went through the menu to the point where it's about limited or suspended accounts, that the account got suspended, I will not be redirected to a specialist and I could find the relevant info in the email they sent me. How do you guys even get through?

Just happened to me....MC113 lets see whats happen calling them...

You can use live chat to remove it, if you don't like calling.

They just ask basic questions about your selling activity and future selling plans

Not always but it will sometimes

They are good for some things, and useless for others.

Much more helpful than they were a few years ago when they just used to pass you from rep to rep until you lost the will to live and gave up.
