Multiple stealth accounts on ipad

Hi to all experts over here
I once read comment I forgot which post it was, someone has been using many stealth accounts on iPad air for quite long time.
I was wondering which apps and browsers that can make this happen?
Talking about ios devices in general

You can just install quite a few different browsers on a single iPad and then use a different browser per account there are dozens of different browsers out there

what happens to this ebay seller who has 16 stealth accounts and all 16 were killed ,I think she is using just one cell phone?

What browsers do you recommend?
For the moment I am using Mozilla app on my iPad and it seems to do the job very well

I can confirm that this does work indeed, I have 3 accs on my phone one was suspended 2weeks ago, and accs still running, I have 3 other on my PC though.
