Looking for a residential vps provider for ebay was curious if you guys can recommend any

I prefer not using any VPS solutions. I find them unreliable at best.
Instead go with your own dedicated device - a new windows user account for example.
For IP solution get a fresh and dedicated IP solution from the IPburger or 24vc. The cost wont be that much different overall and youll have a lot more control over your setup.

does creating a new user account complete treat as if it were a new machine like a vps?
