I have been reading alot about VPN's and i won't go down that route in my personal experience.
I would never consider using it with paypal or ebay anymore as they will put a flag on your account right off the bat.

Paypal HATE VPN, a while ago i had an issue making withdrawls and they told me its because paypal cant see where im from. i could be anywhere so they are protecting my account by doing it.

Ebay can detect VPN ( the automated system might think.. what are you hiding? )

Anyway, i would suggest doing this.

Buy a 4G router/ hotspot / dongle
put a sim card in
connect to it.

Thats it, its a FRESH clean brand new IP address.

Ohh that’s probably why I can’t withdraw my money or send to another PayPal account and eBay suspended me yesterday to when they asked me for some ID proof in the MC110 restriction and I did send that and told them I have no receipts or invoices as my items are digital..
