eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - how can i pay my ebay fee with paypal?

They show your 3 options in the screenshot you posted.

Direct pay (bank account), mail in a check/money order, or pay with your credit card. Have you tried using a VCC yet?

Get a VCC eBay can see the name on your bank if someone is manually looking over it odds are they won’t but better safe then sorry

No, You can only use ebay gift cards for purchases
