On the left hand side menu click on “PayPal Account” and check if your PayPal is still linked to your EBay

"Make a one time payment" in that screenshot

Click that and it will let you pay via paypal or credit card.

Virtual credit card will solve that.

Somebody on this forum may be able to help you ... ask one of the VCC sellers.

Don’t do this!!!

You should try and avoid calling customer services at all costs. You would be drawing attention to your account.

This might sound daft but give a different browser a go. I’ve once had an issue where I got different t menu options using chrome rather than Firefox

I’m really curious now, because none of my accounts old or new has any trouble getting paid through PayPal. And even when I don’t have enough balance which is never, pp pulls it from my bank account and pay eBay with it.

Well drawing attention to your account isnt neccesary risky asuming that he isnt talking about stealth accounts or selling anything high risking

When you add a visa you need to click confirm and PP will debit your card a small amount. This transaction will have a 4 digit code on that you need to enter to confirm
